Beneath our Feet: the finds tent

This pack requires the class to play the part of archaeologists by trying to identify a selection of mystery objects (from images on the presentation). They must try and work out what each object might be and how people in the past used them by answering a series of questions and using the clues. The presentation then reveals each object with an image of what it would have looked like.

The ‘Beneath our Feet’ packs have been designed to be used individually or as a series of lessons (in the order they appear on the website). It is recommended that the ‘Beneath our Feet- introduction’ presentation is used at the beginning of each pack if they are being used individually, or as a general introduction to the overall topic if several presentations are being used together.
